Assistant Manager

- Receive direct direction of daily tasks from the Managing Director
- Arrange meetings for the Managing Director as required and attend, record meeting minutes as required
- Drafting & distributing notices, information and all official dispatches issued by the Managing Director
- Archiving, synthesizing reports, making weekly activity reports.
- On behalf of the Managing Director, assign tasks to all employees and supervise to ensure they are completed properly.
- Handle secretarial duties including receiving, replying, sorting and recording incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephones, faxes, documents etc.
- Representing the Managing Director, contacting Tenants/Residents and responding and resolving their requests and questions
- General supervision of daily work, timely reporting when there is a problem
Yêu cầu
- Graduated in Hotel Management, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in using computers (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point, internet)
- Professional appearance, neat, polite
- Good communication skill
- Customer care skills
- Dynamic, creative, careful
- Situational skills - can identify problems, problems and quickly provide solutions
