Just in time, I wanted to change jobs and return to Hanoi to work. Moreover, the position of head of customer service department is quite suitable with the work experience and skills that I have. Customer care position is the position that I am in charge of. At Hoang Thanh project is a V.I.P project with a large number of Japanese visitors. In this project, I was able to promote my Japanese language skills as well as the skills of management, communication, supervision of services and ways to handle arising situations that I have accumulated during my study and work. Worked at a Japanese company before.

Currently, I am the head of customer care department of Hoang Thanh project. Currently, I am in charge of reception work at Thang Long Number One apartment building. Every day I am in charge of:

- Coordinating with lobby control departments, controlling guests entering and leaving the building.

- Support related departments when needed.

Since it's a new company for about 4 years, I think the attraction is that we can feel for ourselves that the company is getting bigger and bigger. Daily work faces many new things, so even though it's hard, I have accumulated a lot of experience and made my own luggage later.

Moreover, this is a new and growing field in our country, so we can have fun and hope to develop our capabilities in a dynamic and challenging environment.

My way of thinking about work is that even if the work is difficult, don't get discouraged, seriously try your best to complete the work. In the process of working, do not let emotions dominate the work and have a progressive attitude.

As a new graduate, with limited working experience, I want to continue to accumulate experience, learn and improve knowledge to change positions in the same department of the project. The goal is to become the Head of Customer Care Department of the project.

Because the CEO is Japanese, in terms of business, the company also provides Japanese services and equivalent quality in the Vietnamese market, to do that, the Japanese consciousness and way of thinking is very important. I think I want to work with people who have the flexibility to accept new thinking and challenge when offering services that have never been available in Vietnam before.
