This July, Visaho cooperates with the Bac Cau Foundation to organize Ehon story creation workshops called " Pen tells, I listen " for young residents at two projects: The Zei and Swanlake Residences. The program not only provides an interesting and useful playground for children who love writing, but also an opportunity for them to explore and develop their writing talent.

On the morning of July 21, 2024, in the community room of building R3, the Book Donation for Swanlake Residences library was successfully held with the coordination between VISAHO and the Developer of Swanlake Residences.

In the first two weeks of July, at the Swanlake project, VISAHO launched the "Greeting Enhancement Week" campaign to spread the unique greeting culture of VISAHO, combined with the spirit of Japanese hospitality to all employees working at this project.

Japanese Tanabata Day takes place on July 7 every year. VISAHO brought the Tanabata atmosphere to the Capital Place project, Thang Long Number One and The Zei apartment buildings this year.

July 3, VISAHO's board of directors and Mr. Wakasaki Kenta - Head of the Japanese Standards Promotion Department visited to inspect the management and service quality of VISAHO’s projects.

The labor safety training program is organized annually by VISAHO to improve the awareness and skills of technical staff, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
