VISAHO cooperates with forces to run fire drills at Capital Place.

The hypothetical fire occurred due to the collision of vehicles in basement B2 of the building - where many flammable and explosive materials are stored. According to the drill plan, as soon as there is a fire alarm signal, the Management Board immediately broadcasts to notify customers to evacuate according to instructions, reassure and ensure safety for customers. At the same time, the building's grassroots firefighting force was immediately mobilized to tackle the fire as soon as possible, putting the safety of customers as a top priority.

On-site fire prevention and fighting forces such as the internal security, technical department, fire fighting force of offices in the building... have a very important role in detecting and dealing with fires promptly right when there are signs of a fire.

Therefore, VISAHO organizes periodic training for personnel at all projects in both theory and practical skills of fire prevention and fighting. Not only that, the technician in the building is also responsible for regularly checking and maintaining the fire protection system including automatic fire alarm systems, pressure compensation pump systems, and automatic sprinkler systems... to ensure the safety of residents and customers.

Through this drill, VISAHO staffs together with the fire prevention and fighting and rescue forces and the tenants at the Capital Place building and all customers know the process and quickly escape when there is a real problem.

Previously, the Fire and Rescue Police Team - Ba Dinh District Police has propagated and trained fire prevention and fighting skills for officials and employees of the Management Board, the building's grassroots fire prevention force and all tenants.

Fire prevention and fighting training activities are built by VISAHO as an annual program, in collaboration with local appropriate forces to conduct drills, effectively so that residents and customers can live and work calmly at the projects that VISAHO accompanies.
