VISAHO - Capital Place building wins 2023 Energy Efficiency Award

On December 20, 2023, the Capital Place building managed and operated by VISAHO was honored to receive the Second Prize in the Award Ceremony "Energy Efficiency Award in Industry - Construction 2023, Performance Product Award highest energy in 2023" hosted by the Office of the Energy Saving Steering Committee - Ministry of Industry and Trade in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Science and Technology for Economical and Efficient Energy Use (VECEA).

The awards aim to recognize and honor businesses operating in the field of industrial production and typical construction projects in implementing economical and efficient energy-use solutions.

Capital Place is a Grade A+ office building honored to receive the Second Prize of the Energy Efficiency Award in Industry - Construction 2023, new construction category. VISAHO is extremely honored and proud to be the management company of this high-end building since 2020 until now. This award was partly due to VISAHO technicians' efforts to optimize and modernize energy operating systems in the building.

Not only Capital Place, management using modern methods to save and optimize energy efficiency is the way VISAHO is applying to all projects.
