Training subcontractor - how VISAHO delivers premium services according to Japanese standards

At VISAHO, training for subcontractor personnel is an important activity that is regularly carried out at projects to ensure the quality of services provided to residents and customers.

A team of Japanese experts and the VISAHO Service Quality Control department regularly organize training and check service quality standards for security and protection contractor employees. Accordingly, security contractor staff will be properly trained on Japanese service culture as well as how to communicate with residents/customers and assist residents in the lobby such as carrying heavy items and opening car doors, opening umbrellas, folding raincoats in the parking area... 

In addition, the security contractor team is also trained in handling emergencies, rescue, and risk prevention to respond quickly in case of incidents or dangerous situations in the building to ensure the safety of residents/customers.
