TANABATA – BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER THROUGH COLORS OF CONNECTION ACROSS VISAHO PROJECTS

Tanabata is one of Japan's most beloved traditional festivals, rooted in the legendary story of Orihime and Hikoboshi—two stars who are allowed to meet only once a year across the Amanogawa (Milky Way). As a result, Tanabata has become a symbol of connection, hope, and wishes for a brighter future.

Inspired by this beautiful tradition, VISAHO has recreated the spirit of Tanabata across its projects through wish bamboo branches, colorful Tanzaku wish strips, and decorative spaces that capture the essence of a Japanese summer festival.
