- Inspect, maintain and repair to ensure safety, operate areas in the Project Area
- Conduct safety inspection of elevators and escalators
- Check and ensure safety and hygiene of equipment and gas and water systems of restaurants
- Maintain personal tools equipped by Party B for performing the Services specified
- Provide periodic daily, weekly, monthly and incident reports
