Building engineering is the operation of technical systems and electromechanical systems to maintain all activities of the building, making everything operate efficiently and safely. the elevator and security system to the water supply and electricity transmission, fire prevention systems... These are essential parts that must be guaranteed to operate continuously and safely. This requires Engineering departments of the Building Management Boards to be experienced and understand the system well.

Recently, VISAHO held an EHON reading session for young people living in Nadyne Gardens sub-area. The session attracted many little residents to participate, interact and experience interesting culture Japan such as reading EHON stories, listening to Kamisama stories, drawing EHON characters.

On the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day 20.10, VISAHO’s Management Board hosted a program called "Happy Women's Day, sending love" as gratitude to half the world. The program was supported by residents, especially the "little residents" who want to send their best wishes to their grandmothers, mothers and sisters.

Recently, many consecutive big fires have occurred. At the end of August, in Hanoi, there was a major fire at an apartment building in Ha Dong district, 4 people trapped in the apartment were lucky to be rescued in time. Previously, in Nam Tu Liem district, a fire in an apartment building on Nguyen Co Thach street with toxic smoke covered the 7th floor of the building. The fire police force promptly arrived and freed 15 people.

Recently, VISAHO Service Quality Control experts hold service quality standard training sessions for front desk staff VISAHO’s projects. The experts share useful knowledge, postures to working attitudes, communication methods, and customer care skills for the receptionist... so that each VISAHO customer has a satisfactory experience.
