Starting 7:30 AM at The Matrix One lobby, Mr. Wakasaki Kenta, VISAHO’s Property Management Director, was present early in the morning, respectfully greeting each resident as they passed by—marking the beginning of a new day. For many, it may seem like a brief moment in the rush of the morning. However, for VISAHO, it represents the very first greeting extended to residents of The Matrix One—a gesture delivered with respect, responsibility, and the Japanese service standards that VISAHO consistently upholds throughout its property management journey. Greeting residents is a hallmark of Japanese service culture, where the spirit of Omotenashi is not merely expressed through words, but through daily actions and genuine presence. Managers do not simply greet—they observe, listen, and begin each operational day with the utmost attention to detail and care. The Matrix One is one of the first projects entrusted to VISAHO in 2026. the very beginning, VISAHO has chosen to embark on this journey with consistency, discipline, and a strong Japanese spirit at its core.
