HO-REN-SHO consists of:
- Hokoku (Reporting) – Building Management staff, security teams, cleaning teams, and other personnel proactively report on equipment status, incidents, and the progress of work during their shifts.
- Renraku (Communication) – Information is continuously communicated among the Building Management team, residents, and investors/management boards regarding maintenance activities, operational schedule changes, or emergency situations.
- Sodan (Consultation) – Issues are discussed in a timely manner to agree on appropriate solutions, minimize risks, and ensure compliance with the building’s operational procedures.
