Starting at 7:30, in the lobby of The Matrix One building, the Property Manager of VISAHO was present and bowed to each resident passing through the lobby.

For many, it may be just a fleeting moment in the morning routine. But for VISAHO, it's our way of greeting to the residents of The Matrix One. A morning greeting delivered with respect, responsibility, and the Japanese service standards that VISAHO consistently pursued throughout our operation.

Morning assembly (Chourei) is a hallmark of Japanese service culture – where hospitality (Omotenashi) is expressed through practical actions. At VISAHO, our property manager directly observes, listens, and begins each day's operations with the utmost care. Management follows Japanese standards – starting with responsible presence and consistently maintained every day.

The Matrix One is one of the first projects that VISAHO took over management in 2026. The arrival of the new manager signifies a commitment to responsible management and to maintaining and developing the project with dedicated Japanese standards.
