Experience Japanese Wagashi workshop with VISAHO
Wagashi is a traditional Japanese confection made plants. This type of cake is often used with tea, Japanese not only care for in flavor but also focus on shaping, which is a highly artistic food. Therefore, Wagashi is not only a dessert but also a representative of the culinary culture of the Japanese.
On the last 19/11, the Japanese Wagashi workshop hosted by VISAHO was a great success with the participation of a large number of residents at The ZEI project.
During 3 hours, the Residents participating in the workshop were introduced to Wagashi, had access to traditional baking tools, and created their pieces. Under the dedicated guidance of a Japanese pastry expert, the residents made 6 beautiful, sophisticated and delicious Wagashi.
Wagashi workshop not only spreads a subtle culture Japan but also creates a space to connect the community of The Zei. After the program, many residents expressed their interest, evaluating the Wagashi workshop organized by VISAHO as a very meaningful, new and exciting program. The Zei residents highly encourage the VISAHO’s Management Board to actively host events to introduce more about Japanese culture, offering original experiences such as the Wagashi workshop at the project.
In addition to improving service quality, VISAHO will also promote Japanese cultural activities and events such as the Wagashi workshop. We believe that, with unremitting efforts, residents and customers will feel the different service cultures of each project companioned by Visaho.
